Jiang Wang

Jiang Wang is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Illinois. For ROGUE, Jiang is researching sugar traffic in plants to discover strategies that can direct sugar to the plant stem where it will be utilized more efficiently. This work will enable plants to have sufficient fuel to boost bioenergy production. Jiang earned a bachelor's degree in resources and environmental science from Northwest A&F University and then went on to earn a doctorate in biology from the University of Western Ontario.
